Engineering Design Initiative was the Engineer-of-Record for a new state-of-the-art municipal liquor store for the City of Apple Valley. The new facility was designed in accordance with the Green Globes program for sustainable building design and became the first commercial building in the state of Minnesota to achieve Green Globe certification.
